Dr. Rudman is a diplomat of The American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in Pain Management. He received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, residency in Anesthesia and fellowship in Pain Management at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rudman has been an attending staff Pain physician and Anesthesiologist since 1992. He is the past president of the New Jersey chapter of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Rudman has been selected “New Jersey Top Pain Management” doctor in New Jersey in 1998, 2001 and 2003 and “Top Docs in NY Metro Area” in 2001, 2003 and 2004.

Dr. Winne is a diplomat of The American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in Pain Management. He received his medical degree from the University Of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School. He completed an internship at Jersey Shore Medical Center, residency in Anesthesia at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, and his pain fellowship in Pain Management in Milwaukee at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He taught as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver before moving to his present position at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Published research in the study of spinal medications for relief of pain. Named as a Best Doctor in the United States for the years 2001-2002.
