Services & Treatments

Just as New Jersey Pain Consultants takes pride in providing the best pain management physicians and nurse practitioners in central and northern New Jersey, our pain management practice is pleased to offer advanced comprehensive and compassionate pain management services that help remove the stress associated with this difficult time in your life. When you call our office, you will speak with a person who cares, not a machine, and an experienced pain management physician is on-call 24 hours a day.

Pain Management Diagnostic Services

To provide you or your loved one with an accurate diagnosis of your acute or chronic pain condition, our professional pain management physicians use sophisticated magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment, CT scans, X-rays, blood tests, and other devices. For a more comprehensive list, click here. During preliminary consultations for the diagnosing of acute or chronic pain problems, our pain management practitioners will ask you a series of questions pertaining to your symptoms, such as the location, frequency, intensity, radiation, and duration of the pain, as well as your history of illness, injury, and surgery. To accurately diagnose your pain problem or condition, no procedure is overlooked and every measure is taken.

Pain Management Treatment Services

Depending on your acute or chronic pain condition – whether it is due to disease, injury, or disorder – and the degree of severity, there may be several types of management treatments suitable to help you live a better quality of life. For example, mild to moderate pain may be subsided with over-the-counter or prescription medications, while chronic back pain may only be alleviated by spinal neurostimulators. The pain management physicians at our practice specialize in advanced interventional pain management treatments, including epidural, nerve root, lumbar facet injections, and much more. If, through diagnosis, it is found that your condition or situation does not require our services, we can refer you to the appropriate specialist that will provide you with the pain relief you deserve.
